* Each individual is different in terms of body weight, height, composition, flexibility, mobility,
coordination,endurance, strength, agility, breathing capacity,attentiveness,mental concentration,
self-discipline.
 
 
* Each person's objectives in the pursuit of Yoga may vary. Some may seek more of physical Yoga,
while some want more of relaxation. A few may want to enhance mental concentration
and some look for a mix of all this.
 
 
* Venkat's Yoga adopts a systematic approach to assess a student's level, by putting
them through a schedule of anatomical movements and basic stretches. Then the student
is trained in Yoga positions. The training method entails simple stretches and preparatory
exercises prior to Asana practice.
 
 
* With this training, students usually start seeing results within 12 sessions.
 
 
* Venkat's Yoga program has different levels. As one reaches the first level
he or she can eventually progress to the second level and so on.
