Venkat's Yoga adopts a systematic approach to assess a student's level, by putting them through a schedule of anatomical movements and basic stretches. Then the student is trained in Yoga positions. The training method entails simple stretches and preparatory exercises prior to Asana practice. |

With this training, students usually start seeing results within 12 sessions. |
